For the past 25 years, Beth has built a career as a caring, committed leader, and community builder. She is a selfless advocate for the elderly and those battling debilitating illness or injury, and has pursued equity in supporting those in need of assistance in long term care. Beth has a “can- do” attitude, and is often the first to volunteer to lead, to work, or organize when it comes to serving others.
A Stonehill College graduate and active Rotarian, Beth brings her education, and her personal commitment to all she undertakes. She leads by example, and is a devoted Saint Elizabeth Community employee as Administrator of Saint Elizabeth Manor. Beth empowers those she works with to embrace her philosophy of excellence. A proud mother of two and grandmother of three, Beth is often seen out walking, kayaking, biking or YES- shopping in the East Bay!
Director of Nursing
As Director of Nursing, Marlene coordinates care for all residents of Saint Elizabeth Manor in accordance with current state, federal and local standards. Prior to joining Saint Elizabeth Manor, Marlene worked as a Director of Nursing for Brookdale Senior Living.
Marlene received a BA in Psychology from Rhode Island College, and graduated from Saint Joseph’s School of Nursing. She completed her Masters in Nursing at Sacred Heart University. Marlene enjoys bowling and spending time with her family.
Director of Admissions
A great resource for families, Kathy is an advocate and highly knowledgeable about insurance coverage and the options available in Rhode Island for seniors. Kathy routinely helps families navigate the long term care health care system and helps determine the right level of care for their loved one.
Kathy is responsible for assisting families and potential applicants with the admission process at Saint Elizabeth Manor and Saint Elizabeth Home. A graduate of Salve Regina University, she has been working within the healthcare industry since 1992 and employed at Saint Elizabeth Community since 1997. Kathy also manages admissions to the Saint Elizabeth Haven program.
Kathy is a mother of three, and native “Jersey girl,” whose heart is on Aquidneck Island. Kathy can be found on her bike, walking the Cliff Walk or enjoying time with her husband and family. She also has been known to try her luck in the local casinos- often coming out ahead of the game!
Human Resource Manager
Kim has over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. She is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a BA in Psychology. She is well-versed in employment law, benefits administration, recruitment, workers compensation, etc. and is a great resource for staff. Kim is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource Management at Saint Elizabeth Manor in Bristol. She has been a member of Society for Human Resource Management since 2008.
