Marianne Wolcott joined Saint Elizabeth Community as Administrator of Saint Elizabeth Home in December 2017. Marianne has 30 years of experience in the health care industry, and most recently served as Administrator of Royal Westerly, a skilled nursing facility in Westerly, RI.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburg with a BA in Recreation Education, Marianne’s background in Recreational Therapy gives her a unique perspective as a licensed nursing home administrator. She is also a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and is actively involved in State Wide Mutual Aid Planning.
Marianne is a Red Sox and Patriots fan, and met her husband at a Sox game in the bleachers of Fenway Park. They have two children, and much of their time is spent watching their son and daughter in soccer games and track meets. Marianne regularly runs in road races, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and their Bernese Mountain puppy.
Andrea Smith, RN
Director of Nursing Services
Andrea Smith, an employee of Saint Elizabeth Home for over 20 years, manages a 24-hour, 115-person staff of caregivers. She reports directly to the administrator and is a member of senior staff at Saint Elizabeth Home.
She is a nursing graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and is certified in gerontology; as well as wound care certified. In addition to her full-time capacity, Andrea is on the board of Nipmuc Cultural Preservation Organization.
Director of Admissions
Kathy has been responsible for assisting families and potential applicants with the admissions process within the Saint Elizabeth Community since 1997. She’s a graduate of Salve Regina University with a degree in social work and has been working within the healthcare industry since 1992.
Frank O'Brien, PHR, SHRM-CP
Human Resources Manager
Frank is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Business Management, and a concentration in Human Resource Management. He earned his Professional in Human Resource Certificate (PHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute as well as his Certified Professional Certificate (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2015 Frank was the first person from Rhode Island to graduate from the LeadingAge Leadership Academy. With more than 10 years experience in health care, he is responsible for the management of human resources at Saint Elizabeth Home, Saint Elizabeth Court, Saint Elizabeth Place and Saint Elizabeth Terrace.
